Dr.  Persad has 50 years years experience in the petroleum industry and has come to be recognized as an industry pioneer, a successful entrepreneur and the world’s leading expert on the geology of Trinidad and Tobago.  He is the founder the first local onshore independent exploration and production company .  Current President of the Geological Society of Trinidad and Tobago holding the post three times previously. 

He has published maps and reports and conducted short courses and research conferences on T&T petroleum geology. Authored two books, The Petroleum Geology and Geochemistry of Trinidad and Tobago and Energy and Life.  Dr. Persad has been the recipient of numerous awards and held multiple board appointments.

Mr. Nandlal has received many career accolades and sat as director on a multitude of organisations. In 2018 Prem received the Public Service Medal of Merit Gold for Long and Meritorious Service to T&T in the Field of Industry.

Ms. Des Etages worked for various firms in increasingly responsible positions in accounting and financial fields and served as CFO of the KPA Group of Companies from February 2017 and became its CEO in December 2019.
